We headed out to a new restaurant today. I made the mistake of going on a saturday morning for breakfast i know thats a no no. It was almost chaoticly busy. Nevertheless you are supposed to pay before you sit and there are signs telling you not to stay too long after you're done. people were sending one to sit before they had ordered so im gonna guess thats ok and it does make it tough to get a seat. there was quite a line and we just narrowly got a table. I did notice there was some outdoor seating and so hopefully that will help when the weather is warmer. Our food was pretty good we ordered buttermilk biscuits and gravy so i could show my kids what there daddys favorite breakfast was. from the moment i saw it i knew this was one of THOSE biscuits and gravy dishes. Theres a dennys plain ole white pepper gravy and biscuits, theres anywhere in the south gravy biscuits where the gravy is a white friggin rich reaux gravy, heavy and chockful of sausage and then theres this dish. Ive only seen this a time or two before where The gravy is this very light bronze color and you can taste the reaux. Although im partial to the souths biscuits and gravy. This one still held its own. It kinda shook me a little because its got spice to it but considering its colorado considering we are heavy mexican population this was very appropriate for colorado. I can tell you as with any heavy dish this was more than enough to split between two kids under 5 and one adult

I've been to The French Press in Lakewood a few times, and it’s always a great experience! The staff are friendly and efficient, keeping things running smoothly even when it’s busy. Their French toast is my absolute favorite! I also love the cozy atmosphere and the local artwork displayed on the walls, it adds a unique touch. Definitely a go-to spot for a delicious meal and a welcoming vibe!

Delicious breakfast and brunch. Everything we ordered was seasoned and flavorful. You can get anything from pancakes to sandwiches and soups. I’ll be making this a regular lunch spot. Location is super busy and have to pay for parking unless you park at garage and walk. Not a ton of seating but enough. Hot chocolate for this cold weather a must.

I found this unique restaurant in downtown Lakewood one Friday morning. This breakfast place not only has gluten-free options but is vegan or dairy free as well. I loved the food here, and the atmosphere is great. The staff were very friendly and helpful when ordering too. I would highly recommend this restaurant. The only negative is parking. Make sure the park in the parking garage on the adjacent street is free. Infront of the store is pay only. It's not the restaurants fault, but I need to mention. Go and check it out for yourself and find out.

Good coffee, I am picky with my cappuccino so, it is not a craft coffee, but a place for breakfast and brunch. the food looks great. My first time here, the attendant was fast and practical I had a high expectation, my eggs were not the way I ordered. Potatoes not crispy.

My wife and I ordered takeout lunch here, the buffalo chicken salad and the brisket sandwich. Staff was very friendly and timely, there was only twenty minutes between me placing the order and picking it up and that whole process was very smooth. I didn’t stay in long, but the atmosphere was quite nice and relaxing, quiet but chatty (in a good way). The buffalo chicken salad was delicious, but wasn’t anything crazy. That smoked brisket sandwich though… wow. It was insanely yummy. Everything about the experience was incredibly satisfying.

We also got the Turkey Melt 10/10, we shared it with a bag of chips and it was totally delicious and Perhaps if we had each eaten a whole one, we would have been completely satisfied. The vanilla Latte was 10/10 and the Chai was just delicious.

Great breakfast restaurant here. The line for ordering food was pretty quick and the lady working there was nice and friendly. The menu was pretty big and had a good selection of food to choose from. Get their French Toast, especially their Almond Tres Leches one, since it was delicious! Their hard cooked egg and their sausage was yummy too. If you want a sandwich, get the All-American, since that was good too. Their latte was good as well The prices for the food you get were not bad also, for $28 for 2 full meals and a latte. All in all, I would recommend this breakfast restaurant in Belmar!

Their food is delicious, fairly priced and service is great, love their steak & eggs and their red bean chilli is amazing if you’re following a vegetarian regime or can’t have pork. I have lunch here 1-2x a week

One.of those great breakfast places with its own French twist on each meal. Coffee. Yesh they have all kinds but we ordered the French Press which arrives at your table in, a French press. Enough coffee for 2 1/2 people. And its good. I enjoyed the almond French toast , two eggs and crunchy bacon that has a sweet coating on it. All cooked perfect. We ate on a Saturday morning just ahead of the crowd and yes it does fill up up so dont sleepnin too long or you may have to wait.
